On this occasion when the last page of 2023 is turned over and a new year is about to start. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Imbell, I would like to extend our New Year wishes to the leaders at all levels and colleagues from all walks of life, as well as to all our employees!

We are pleased that in the past year, we have not only achieved excellent sales results, but also established our company's leading position in the industry.

In the past year, we have achieved higher sales and profits than ever before; our product design and development capabilities have been further enhanced; our customer relationships have become closer; and our employees' incomes have grown considerably.

In the past year, the global market demand was low, the competition in the same industry was fierce, and the purchasing power of consumers declined, but we insisted on independent research and development of new products, and explored the market through multiple channels, which enabled us to realize a substantial growth in corporate efficiency. I am proud of our achievements.

In the past year, we broke through a number of foreign technological blockades in the process of new product design, and the functions of our new products reached the international leading level; we developed the global market through a variety of channels, and the number of our orders increased significantly; we realized the innovation of production technology, and pushed the production capacity to a higher level to meet the needs of our customers.

In the past year, we participated in many global famous fitness equipment exhibitions, and the appearance, performance, innovation, quality, delivery, and price of our products were recognized by global famous sellers.

In the past year, we invested a lot of money in the construction of the R&D team, we set up the industrial design R&D center, a number of professional and technical personnel joined our design team. 2023 the whole year our design team efficiently completed 50% of the design tasks as high as 2022.

In the past year, we carried out the renewal of production equipment and the reform of production process. The purpose is to upgrade our company from the labor-intensive production mode to the intelligent equipment production mode, so that the production efficiency is higher, the product quality is more stable, and we can meet the demand for more customized production orders in the future.

In 2024, we will continue to develop products with independent intellectual property rights, enrich our product lines, expand marketing channels, upgrade production processes, improve product quality and enhance service levels to ensure that we maintain strong competitiveness and remain at the forefront of the industry at home and abroad. Employees are the most valuable wealth of the enterprise, we need to further improve the incentive mechanism and enhance the sense of mission and responsibility of employees.
