Hello everybody. The bell of the New Year is about to ring. On behalf of the board of directors, I wish you all a happy new year! 

    As we know, 2020 is a very special year. The emergence of novel coronavirus pneumonia has disrupted annual production and business plan of our company. We quickly restored our normal production status and adjusted our operation strategy timely according to the proper plan of the chairman of the group. We have achieved new breakthroughs in production capacity successfully and improved enterprise benefit greatly.

    In 2020, our new product planning team has carried out a comprehensive analysis of new product design from market, appearance, structure, technology, promotion and other aspects. Therefore, our new products received high attention and recognition from customers all over the world. The ability of independent research and development of the company's products has been comprehensively improved.

    In 2020, our domestic and foreign marketing network has developed rapidly. We have many new customers and our products have been sold to more than 60 countries and regions in the world. The appearance design, experience design, production quality and processing accuracy of our products have been highly praised by customers all over the world.

    In 2020, we upgraded the production equipment and improved the workshop management system in order to improve product quality and maximize production capacity. Some backward production equipment and processing technology have been phased out.  At the same time, we have purchased a large number of new artificial intelligence equipment and built a new assembly line. The paperless management system of the workshop has been continuously promoted. 

    In 2020, we have been recognized as Qingdao enterprise technology center by government; our company's official website has been upgraded; we have signed strategic cooperation agreements with colleges and universities to design new products with more advanced concepts. All these honors and actions have laid a solid foundation for us to independently develop the global market with our own brand in the future.

    We have excellently completed all kinds of work through the hard work of all staff of the company over the past year and we are very proud of what we have achieved this year. I would like to extend my high respect and heartfelt thanks to all the staff of the company. But we should also understand that we will face a very complex international environment and fiercer competition in the future. But I fully believe that we have enough courage and strength to overcome all difficulties and challenges in 2021.
